Hands down the best garage I’ve been to. Such a lovely team & the most genuine, helpful people. Will always take my car here for any issues as I never feel as though I’ll be ripped off as they are honest people. They always keep me updated on what is going on with my car and are very informative on what any issues that arise are, couldn’t recommend them enough.

Thanks to the amazing Brake and Service World again for their amazing service. Had my car MOT completed this morning nice and early and within an hour. Really professional and all the staff are great! I've had both cars serviced here and will continue to use them. Thanks again to a great team and will see you again at the next Service / MOT! 10/10 every time!

I would highly recommend this garage and especially the manager or owner Ibrahim who is the most honest guy. I had a clutch issue for my son’s smart car and took it to him, it seemed a complex issue as it was hard to find the problem with the clutch but instead of charging me for a full new clutch he took his time and consulted other colleague about what the problem would be. He bled the clutch oil and re adjusted which saved me more than £ 1000. This was also my first time there and l did not go there on any recommendation but I know l comfortably can recommend him for his honesty and keen attitude to identify issue instead of just charging and changing parts which is possibly not needed. I needed a turbo replacement which was a big job and had other faults with my Audi A3. Once I handed the car over to B&S world they worked incredibly professionally, providing me with constant updates and were completely honest with the costs. They ensured that everything was completed to the highest standard and it seemed like no corners were cut making sure everything with the car was working perfectly. The car is now driving like it's brand new and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be using their services again and a special shoutout to Anwar for making the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
