Last week I visited this garage to make an enquiry for leaking brake pipe on my vehicle. The manager made me welcomed gave me reasonable quote. I managed to leave my car to be fixed immediately. On completion of the job they found faulty brake master cylinder which I got replaced. The job was done perfectly well and the communication was excellent. Thanks so much to the manager and his team. I recommend this Brake & Service World to everyone. Please visit.
Can not fault this garage, the staff are super helpful and always informative, they always take the time to discuss anything I need and will always get me in as soon as they can, sometimes even the same day!! The waiting area is super comfy with a coffee machine and tv!! I have never experienced anything like it!! 😊😊 They always tell me they will treat my car like they treat their own, I would 100% recommend these guys! I have used these guys for years and would never take my car anywhere else!!
It was my third visit to this place, so it's better to give a review now, on my first visit i was very impressed with them, I had my car doing some works on another car shop, one of the alloy wheels was difficult to remove and they want to cut it, that was not making much sense to me, I bring this problem to Brake and Service World Letchworth and they told me straight away for me to don't worry, they sort it out in 5 minutes... they saved me hundreds of pounds by doing this, obviously I finished the works that my car needed with them, on my last visit and with a different car, I had a puncture on a tyre and they offered to sort it out in the same day! I am building a strong confidence relationship with them, and my intention is to continue to use them for all of the needs of my 2 cars! Well done Brake and Service World Letchworth, I was looking for years to have people that I can trust and not car shops that just want to exploit honest working people. P.S. they're waiting room it is amazing and they serve a complimentary nice coffee and hot chocolate for clients! :)
