There is a reason why this man has impeccable 5 star reviews. He arrived on site within 10 minutes, as promised, and gave an accurate quote for the cost of the job. He then even accompanied me to a nearby garage in case I experienced any further issues on the way, at no extra cost. He is refreshingly honest and professional. Highly recommended.
Brilliant service!!! Very professional, knowledgeable and honest and has all the equipments to deal with modern vehicles. My audi’s heating stopped working so I took it to poole audi and they advised me to replace the heater matrix which was very expensive. Took it to Ben and he straight away told me that it has a heavy build up of dirt and debris in coolant system which is effecting heater matrix and he might be able to clean and unblock it and won’t probably need a replacement. Ben spent couple of hours and cleared all the gunk and debris and replaced the coolant. My car’s heating is now working as it should.. really happy and satisfied!!
Ben arrived promptly to assess my sons Honda civic with failed MOT with major welding required. Quoted fair price and honest assessment with quick start date. Ben turned up on time to start the job and put one hell of a shift in to complete the job in one day. Great work, great work ethic and totally unfazed. Just wanted to say thank you to Ben for fitting an extra job into his schedule at short notice. He arrived promptly and did not waste anytime getting on with the job. A slightly challenging welding job on a defender chassis trailing arm mount that broke off. All welding completed as requested and one defender back on the road doing the job it's meant for. Cheers Ben, would recommend to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.
