Mark made the whole process very easy and straightforward for myself. Car was MOT and serviced ready without fuss for my chosen collection day and Mark helped sort my tax out there and then. I Was able to test drive several vehicles. Never once did I feel pressured or patronised (which if you’ve been to some of the larger dealerships in Lincoln lately you’d know exactly what I mean!) Gave me a fair price for my part exchange car. I highly recommend Mark and his garage and i have already pointed several people in his direction for their next car.
REVIEW UPDATE......My Focus developed what sounded like a wheel bearing starting to go but after these guys had taken it out on a test drive they reported it was a simple tyre wear issue and sent me on my way with a recommendation as to how to resolve the noise...... They wouldn't take any money for their time and were so friendly and professional in their approach to making sure I was happy! FIRST CLASS.... and so honest! As always guys, thank you! Just had my Ford Courier serviced by these guys and have to thank them for a first class job and outstanding professionalism during these difficult times which we all find ourselves in at the moment. Looking forward to dealing with them again in the future. Many thanks!
Brilliant garage. Had an MOT done there before with no issues and used them again when my car broke down. It was unrepairable and they helped me sort disposable. They didn’t charge me anything even after all the time they put in. Brilliant service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
Just a genuine happy garage, no complaints.
I decided to go to the Boundary garage after a friend's recommendation that they are very honest and reliable, something which I am in agreement with based on personal experience. I went there to get some long ugly scratches sorted. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They sorted out the mess very quickly and to a very high standard and my car seemed flawless afterwards. What's also worth to mention is that I ended up paying significantly much less than I expected based on google searching. I am so satisfied with the level of service provided and the rates charged that I will definitely be using this garage in the future.
