The AA towed my golf in 10 O'clock at night and the repair was completed with a terrific turnaround. Always smiling and happy to help everybody at Rayners does a fabulous job. And the cost is always reasonable. If you need motor repairs or service I can recommend this garage to you.
The team carried out a full service on my car (quite an old Honda) today. It was a brilliant experience all around, and all staff I interacted with were great. They carried out a really thorough service and checked things that I'm not sure other services in the past have done. Rob and Wayne were really patient and clear in explaining what work had been carried out, and what the future servicing needs might be. Highly recommend!
Vauxhall vivaro van fule injectors had sized. I needed a top end engine rebuild and Rayner Diesel Services took great care and time rectifying the issue. I'm extremely pleased with the high level of workmanship and professionalism gone into getting my van back on the road. Big thanks to this garage. If you want no nonsense and quality, then Rayner Diesel Services is there for you.
Kev and Robbie did a great job with my BMW. I had some engine issues and they were able to diagnose it was injectors quickly and did a great job fixing all the issues and getting my car back to me. They really paid attention to the car and took great care of it, it runs brilliant like nothing happened. I would highly recommend Rayners to anyone needing help with their car.
I called Rayner’s at 3 minutes before they were due to close for an issue with the glow plugs on my Mercedes. I spoke with Kevin for 5 minutes and then he asked me to come and drop the car off at the garage for him to have a look at. We tried a reset after a quick diagnostic check, unfortunately, the same issue occurred the next morning. Another call and within 5 minutes, I was dropping the car off. A few hours later, picking it up, fully fixed. Amazing service, from someone who had absolutely no reason or need to go the extra mile, stay open late for a diagnostic check, then fit me in the following day and have everything done ready for me to drive away, other than wanting to make my life easier. Even had a tour of the garage and a few nice hello’s from the rest of the team which really impressed me. Long review but important to share for anyone who is wondering where to go locally in Newbury. Top man, top set up and will certainly be pointing people there when they need something sorting.
