Andy is a very hardworking, attentive and down to earth family man and this shows significantly through his garage! Nothing is ever to much trouble (even though they are a very busy garage) and the work conducted is within a timely manner. I had a few issues this time around with my bike not starting on the morning of the MOT and Andy set a date and time to make arrangements for the bike to be collected. Things weren't as simple as we thought, but through persistence and hard work, Andy got to the bottom of it. Everything was well communicated from MACH1 and all genuine parts were discussed with myself before being purchased and fitted. If I could apply more than 5 stars I would. The service provided by the team at MACH1 is unmatched and definitely feels personal from a fantastic family run business. The pricing is extremely competitive and as long as MACH1 is around, I will look no further. Thank you Andy + Team ******
Faultless service. They were able to fit me in for an emergency repair within 48 hours of contacting them (every other garage quoted me 1 week plus), they did a fantastic job, and charged a fair price. Truly saved me a lot of stress, and it's much appreciated. The lady on reception and the mechanic I spoke to were both extremely friendly too. I'll definitely be back (although hopefully for a less embarrassing reason next time!)
I had an intermittent ABS fault on my MX5. Mach 1 fitted me in really quickly and sorted the problem at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future. Great service thanks.
Would like to say a big thank you to Andy and all at mach1. Another great job done and Andy fitted me in has had a family emergency and needed the car roadworthy soon as possible Many thanks Andy . Also the car runs great now too 👍👍👍
