Had the privilege of using Alan, Tam and his team when I suffered a breakdown with my Iveco Daily. Many Fault codes showed up so a second visit was made with no additional charges where the codes were cleared off and the van then started. The team are going to investigate the codes and report back to me. Well done guys. Excellent service all round
Alan and the team were amazing from first contact through to works on the car . Nothing is too much trouble for the whole team . They carry out their business in a friendly and caring manner with utmost efficiency . They are always updating you on what the situation is with progress of the works . Their work ethic is second to none and I am pleased to recommend using them for all car works.
I was lucky enough to find KCS this year and they have been amazing! Providing great, friendly, honest and reliable advice. I have been looking for a garage that can take care of my BMW with expert knowledge and I found them. I had an issue with the air suspension on my 5 series BMW and many garages wouldn't even entertain it. BMW wanted me to sell my left kidney in order to find the diagnostics and respair - while KCS offered a quick, efficient and great value for money service. I was super impressed that they insisted on using genuine parts, had a fantastic diagnostic computer and showed me exactly what the fault was. I would not take my beloved car anywhere else now and if you are looking for honest and super friendly car servicing or repairs - then I would without hesitation recommend KCS.
