Having been let down and overcharged by another local garage, I found BMR, based on recommendation. BMR are amazing! The friendly team there are always willing to help, they’re honest, and let you know exactly what needs doing before any work commences. Had a service + MOT at BMR. Booking online was easy, and I received a confirmation email promptly. On the day, I appreciated the progress updates which the guys gave me over the phone. MOT results explained to me, service book was stamped and I was on my way. Probably the best garage experience I've had in almost a decade of car ownership; superb communication, very friendly staff, not pushy, and excellent value for money too. Highly recommended.
Really grateful for the guys at BMR for fitting my car in to have a new starter motor even though they were busy. No other garage had been as proactive in seeing if they could get it sorted sooner than 2 weeks. Amazed that I was able to get it back the same day. They were honest about the cost of the job and kept me well informed before doing anything to it. I'll definitely be going back if my car needs any more repairs 😊
