They were friendly and so knowledgeable in diagnosing and quickly fixing the fault. Huge thanks to the guys for your kind sympathetic response to our problem. It has been very much appreciated !
After looking for a specialist for my vehicle I came across blackridge. I spoke to an extremely helpful and knowledgeable Connor who easily and professionally answered any questions I had (and believe me I had a few!) I was booked in and made the journey down to them. Connor was extremely helpful and polite when meeting in person and I could tell he had alot of experience with the particular type of engine fitted to my vehicle. He was very quick but precise with his diagnosis and now my vehicle is booked in to have the fault repaired. Also spoke to Mark who was equally as knowledgeable and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends :)
Really great service and would really recommend. They got delivered the wrong part for my car originally but they got it sorted and went in the next day to have the correct one fitted after they got delivered the correct side. They gave me a loan car as well.
I’ve been taking my vw polo here for years. Always a great service, trustworthy snd reliable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I would like to thank Blackridge Automotive for their superb job to replace the brake discs and pads all around on my Audi Q5. I was quoted an obscene amount by the Audi main dealer who also mentioned that the brake master cylinder needed replacing. Having checked with Blackridge, they informed me that the brake master cylinder didn't need replacing, thus saving me a fortune. I highly recommend Blackridge for their honesty and timely work. Thank you.
