Had a flat tyre, pulled into the shop before they were open for business. I had my tyre replaced with a spare and was told its on the house.....I was told to come back if I ever needed anything else. Didn't quite catch the name of the 2 lovely gentlemen that attended to me but I am eternally grateful!!!
