Very nice staff especially the receptionists, polite and courteous, I had a recall done on my A6 on the passenger Air Bag but unfortunately there is now a squeaking noise coming from the air vent on the same side. I am now waiting for a Call Back from the engineers. More than happy with the service I received so far, hopefully they get that noise sorted asp.
Mohammed Aqib was one o the best service advisors out there, from the moment i arrived for mny DSG service, someone was at the door waiting for me, they price matched a shop within 10 miles so i got a good deal, very fast and efficient service and very in formative. As an engineer myself they answered alot of my technical questions. The wait time was not too bad either. Much appreciated guys, you have a repeat customer in me. I will defo be back for bigger, better and faster cars...
