Work booked in within 2 weeks and all completed to an excellent standard and at a competitive price. Thanks to all at BGS for the excellent service.
My car was recently hit and my car went in for repairs at BGS. Their constant progression updates and communication throughout the process was greatly appreciated and the work completed was outstanding! Would definitely recommend and use again!
I recently had a car accident and this garage was responsible for the repairs. They communicated before the work, during the work and were always very flexible with pick up and drop offs. The staff I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful! The courtesy car was a brand new car and lovely to drive. When I got my car back it looked fantastic and it had been cleaned inside and out. Would highly recommend this garage. Thank you!
BGS were excellent. They were very good at keeping me updated throughout the repair of my car. They were able to sort out return of the rental I had from Enterprise. And the did an extra bit of touching on body work I hadn’t asked for! Very happy.
I recently had my Audi Q5 repaired at Bromley Garage Services in Wokingham following a third party accident. From the initial contact through to the final personal delivery back to my property the service and communication could not be faulted. In addition and I suppose more importantly the quality of the workmanship and repair was second to none. Thanks again to Craig and the team and I know where I will be coming for future help.
