from 52 reviews on GoogleI wanted to write a review and to give my sincere thanks to Allan and Nash for looking after me. My T5 Caravelle developed knocking noises in the engine area. I tried many garages in the area closer to home initially as I needed the vehicle over Christmas and didn’t want to drive it far until I understood the problem. All except Allan’s business wouldn’t consider even a quick check to see if safe to drive until work could be done. Allan on the other hand was most amenable in fitting me in at this difficult time of year and the next day Nash had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. When collecting my van they also checked out my partners blowing exhaust and put it up on ramps to show me the problem - all as a value add for free. They provided me with photos of the issues found on my van for completeness and I was so impressed with their kindness, helpfulness and skills. I fully recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic - oh and the price was very fair too so thank you so much for everything. Massively impressed.

Recent on-going work with replacement of Front Suspension Strut Mounts & Lower Bushes. Excellent work by the staff at Beresford.... Upgraded to 'Powerflex' Bushings and Ball Joints to Front & Rear Suspension on my 25 yr old Jaguar XK8. At very reasonable cost considering the work involved. The staff at B.E.S. were without fault and did really excellent work throughout. FIVE Stars and loads of ++++++++++++++++++++++++++. Definitely the Garage to go too. You have my thanks.
Allan and his staff at Beresford helped out when I was stranded with a broken windscreen wiper mechanism in a downpour. They took the car, dropped me off at the train station and commuicated excellently throughout the repair, giving accurate estimates and arranging a way to collect out of hours. Cheers!
I have honestly never received such incredible service, not just from a garage but ever. Allan and his team are the most wonderful people. The underside of my car was hanging on by a thread, and I'd only noticed at 4pm. Allan said I could bring it down to have a look there and then, even though they would be closing shortly. He offered myself and my son drinks, warmth in the office, and a charger. Allan spoke to me as an equal and not like I was stupid, he explained what had happened and was just so unbelievable, kind, and generous. I will not use anyone else now and will continue to rave about the experience I've received.
