Friendly staff who kept me up to date. I feel the garage is genuine and honest with their costs unlike some. Lady managing the front desk very knowledgeable and friendly. Added bonus of assistant reception dogs! Will continue to use the garage.
Posted my air con hose in for repair - new part is no longer available ,took a bit over a week , however it was august- holidays ! superb job, got my A/C working for half the cost of a new hose (if it was available )
I would like to thank David, Brett and their team involved with resolving the issues that I had with my Jaguar XKR, as with any business, sometimes there are problems but it's how you deal with those problems, in this instance my experience was nothing but positive, their approach was professional and courteous, I would therefore have no problem recommending Bee-Cool for any vehicle Air conditioning works.

Fantastic service by the guys at Bee Cool, I had a complicated fault with the ac compressor in my hybrid Mercedes, Brett and the rest of the guys went above and beyond to resolve the fault and get my air con working again. Highly recommended.
