Matt Reed the Sales Exec here ensured that this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Being ex motor trade myself, I am very specific and picky when it comes to how I want a deal to go and how the final presentation is done. Matt was excellent from the start, providing a detailed and customer tailored personalised video tour, to ensuring a smooth customer journey from test drive to delivery. The vehicle itself was of very good preparation quality and standards. Pleasure doing business with this dealership.
I had a great experience at Barretts in Canterbury. Zsolt Molnar was very professional and knowledgeable about the i3 I just purchased. He returned my calls quickly and set up a convenient time for me to have a test drive at very short notice. During the sale, I felt informed of my options for finance and extras. I chose not to take these, as I did not feel that they were right for me. Zsolt remained professional which led me to pay the full asking price for the car. The car was prepared and in the condition expected when I collected it, which is something I cannot say for all dealers. 5 Stars out of 5 for Zsolt Molnar and Barretts of Canterbury. Thank you
I recently purchased a used BMW and Zsolt Molnar in sales was my point of contact from the initial call. Zsolt couldn't have been more helpful throughout the entire process. He was quick to send me a really useful video of the car as I live a long way from the dealership. The video showed the car very well and was instrumental in my deciding to go to view it in person. On viewing and testing it, I decided to buy, but a few minor things needed to be attended to before I picked it up. Zsolt worked really hard to ensure that those things were sorted in a decent timescale and kept me appropriately updated. On the day of collection, he picked me up from the station and the car was ready in the hand over bay, draped in a black cloth ready for the grand reveal. It looked stunning and everything was exactly as Zsolt had assured me it would be. Boot mat was in place, diesel in the tank and touch up paint in a pot in the car. BMW (stupidly) don't do a Brooklyn Grey touch up stick, so when I asked, Zsolt got their body shop to mix me a small pot up and it was ready as promised. He then talked me through some of the differences between my old BMW and the new one before I drove off. I really can't fault Zsolt's customer service and attention to detail. I'm a hard man to please and Zsolt gets top marks. The thing I valued most was that if I emailed him or put a call in, I knew it would be responded to in a timely manner. I really value knowing I'm not going to be kept waiting or have to chase. I'm more than happy to recommend Zsolt and the dealership as a whole. Everyone I dealt with was great, the phone was always answered and Brandon took me on a good, long test drive over mixed road types, which was also a refreshing change over dealers I've bought from before. This was the most I've ever spent on a car and Zsolt and those in the background made it feel slightly easier as the experience was so good. It's a marked difference from the last BMW dealership I bought from in the Midlands, where I didn't exist as soon as I'd signed for the car.
An excellent experience had recently from this dealership. Dealt with Chris on buying a 1 Series ex demo. Having travelled 135 miles with the expectation to view and drive away the car same day. The car was just as described and Chris had presented a video and a live video for me. So happy with how it all went on the day and I'm loving my new car. Thank you Chris and the team. Highly recommend Barretts to anyone buying a quality BMW. Cheers Jonathan
