All insurance approval , quotes for work etc dealt with quickly and efficiently by them. Workmanship on the car was First Class. Nothing overlooked and everything made easy. I dealt mainly with Kiya who is BodyShop Advisor. Extremely very helpful and gave me full updates as the worked progressed. Nothing was ever a problem . Rest of team were great as well . All knowledgeable and I felt assured the car was in the right place. A loan car was delivered to my home the day after the accident . The FPace was retuned when work completed and delivered to my house. It looked in absolute pristine showroom condition. Everything was beyond perfect. Definitely the go to place . Highly recommended.

Customer service was amazing, Kiya was not only providing me with constant updates, keeping me in the loop with the progress of my vehicle, but was also extremely reassuring and lovely! Car repairs were done earlier than expected, Craig and Fin did an amazing job, extremely helpful throughout the whole time my car was undergoing repair! Thank you guys! Will definitely recommend to anyone
Had a scraped/ kerbed diamond cut alloy on my vxr repaired here, definatly recommend barrats, amazing job, all the staff I had contact with were extremely friendly and professional. Thank you .
Did a fantastic job at repairing a scrape on my x6, picked up from Ashford and dropped back too. Great service and Kiya on the phone was so polite and helpful every time I spoke or emailed her. Not the best valet after but the car was clean and back to looking like new
