Everyone I spoke to was so helpful, helped me to understand the problem as well as giving me numerous options all at different prices so I could make a better decision! I will now always take my car to them and trust them completely, cannot recommend enough :).
Top service as usual for a reasonable price. Needed a new headlight bulb fitting as it was too fiddly for me to do confidently. Took it into Bardell & Byrne and they fitted it for a minimal charge whilst I waited. Highly recommend these guys, can't imagine how much Skoda dealer would have charged me!
Brought my car in for a blocked washer problem. Left it for the day at the garage, they sorted the problem out and at an exceptionally reasonable price! Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future. Thank you 😊
Not having lived in letchworth long was unsure where to go. Called a few garages to get help putting bushes onto wishbones. Most places said no we don't do that? Erm what mechanics? Or they asked what car then said no, even though they weren't attached to the car? But not here. They were really helpful and friendly. Even when I told them the wrong way up they swapped them over for me and didn't make me feel like a complete idiot. Even stayed right till finish on a Friday to do it for me. I'm so grateful and will 100% use again. Highly recommend. Thanks.
My first time of using this garage & it certainly won't be the last. Having booked the car in for a diagnostic check to resolve a braking problem I broke down en route & by the time my vehicle was eventually recovered I had not only missed my "slot" but the whole day! Not a problem, my car an auto then stuck in gear, was delivered to them at 4pm & I had a call from them before 11am the next morning with ALL my problems resolved! A first class, friendly & professional service by both Del & Mike and all at a resonable price. Well worth a visit by anyone with car mechanical "issues"
