Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand and the cost was broken down for me. I was treated with respect and the customer service was exceptional. Communication was key and I was informed at every point of where they were at with my car. I can’t fault Bakers at all and I would highly recommend them. The service is exceptional and the price is fair and on point. I wouldn’t use any other garage now. I would just like to mention Tanya and Neal for their exceptional customer service and giving the personal touch, it goes along way.
Really comprehensive, friendly and helpful service from start to finish. I didn't go with the cheapest quote for my cam belt replacement, as I wanted a professional service by a company I could trust. A very happy customer.
A great trusted garage! A place you can go as a female and know that you’ll be looked after properly and they won’t take advantage. They did such a good job on my car and kept me updated. They also found genuine car parts. Highly recommend this place. Thank you
Baker’s garage is one of a few garages who take the time to go into the detail of what has been done and explain why. They also point out with full explanation what will probably need attention in the future, show in detail diagrams, and give a guide on the cost for the work. Keep up the good work Neil.
Great service from Neal and the team! Car drives like a dream and even cleaned the old beam deflector sticky residue off the headlights which was not expected. All of this and got it ready for a last minute 14.30 collection. Highly recommend 😊😊😊
