If anyone owns a car in East Yorkshire, then I fully recommend Baker Street Garage on Mulgrave Street in Hull. Outstanding good old fashioned customer service. The kind thats rarely experienced these days. They talk to you and actually LISTEN to you, not try to shunt you off to an app, website or some other portal. They don't try and fleece you for money either. Nor do they talk down to you when your a woman taking your car into their garage, thinking that they are a man and they know more about cars than you do because they are a man and your 'just a woman' - none of that WHATSOEVER. They have earned my forever custom and customer loyalty for a lifetime ❤ Absolutely top class 🏆🎖🏵🏆🎖🏵
I've used this place a couple of times now, both times been impressed with speed, quality and price. Once for a clutch change due to mine wearing out, gave me a fair price and booked the car in for a few days with a load car given to me. Ahead of schedule I had my car back. Second time due to a strange noise coming from one of the wheels, again slotted me in and had an answer a few hours later with what turned out to be an easy fix. Would recommend, very happy
Brilliant service compared to other garages I have been using over the last few years. fast and efficient and friendly. Car was fixed and I was notified to come and collect. Pricing very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and refer others Thanks Keith
