I was lucky enough to be recommended to BNW Autos by my brother nearly 25 years ago. It is rare to find a professional in the motor trade that has the honesty and integrity that BNW Autos and Stewart possess, it’s always a privilege to deal with him. I have been taking my BNW and now my Mercedes to Stewart for years and have always found him to be trustworthy and honest with everything he suggest for my vehicles including finding me the best quote and beating the main agents yet still getting top service, my cars have always been running perfect and I will always use BNW for as long as I have my cars. Thank you for all your honesty and knowledge.
Not one to usually post reviews but I think this place needs one! My car had an engine management light come on while driving. I phoned my local bmw dealership and was told I would have to pay £120 to even get in the door and they still wouldn’t be able to do that for 2.5 weeks. I found BNW online and thought I’d give it a go… safe to say I won’t be going anywhere but here for my future work/servicing. I met the mechanic who was going to work on my car who clearly knew what he was talking about. Within 48 hours of my light coming on he had diagnosed a new oxygen sensor would be required and then by the next day part was fitted (with a 2 year warranty) and I had my car back ready for the weekend. I don’t remember the mechanics name but please thank him for me! You’ve got yourself a new customer that’s for sure.
