Took my blue polo in and was very pleased with how honest and genuine the staff were. Felt very comfortable leaving my car there and will certainly be doing so again. No waiting either, they were extremely efficient and made it clear how long I would expect to be waiting before getting my car back.
First time using AZ, nothing to fault, professional and courteous all the way through, big job and still managed to fit me in before our Easter hols (my fault for leaving the MOT till the last minute). I have only given 4 stars as I have only used them the once and the job was a relatively simple one (full suspension swap). Hope to keep using them and build up trust with a local garage.
I took my car for an MOT at AZ Autos in January 2024. Having previously had work done in Hitchin we followed them to Letchworth as customers because we have always been really pleased with their service. They booked me a slot the following day, let me know quickly about an issue that needed resolving and squeezed me back in later the same day for a retest. They were incredibly helpful, really efficient and the staff were approachable, knowledgeable and really polite. We have found them to be reliable, good value for money and upfront about costs, which is why we trust them with our business. I cannot recommend them enough.
I received best quality service, I also got timeous feedback as to what stage my vehicle was regarding repairs. I will definitely be recommending AZ for their best customer service.
