from 74 reviews on GoogleTop firm. Very knowledgeable about Land Rovers in general. Been using this motor works on and off (Dad first) for just over 30 years. They've handled some tricky jobs on all three Range Rovers we've owned over the years with a high level of knowledge and skill. Those people leaving one star or two star reviews seem delusional. Land Rovers can be expensive cars to maintain but Aylmer have always been reasonable and honest with me at a much smaller price than Land Rover main dealers. If you buy a Land Rover try to remember that it's not a Ford Fiesta!
Very helpful and sorted me out when i had an issue. I stopped past Aylmers as i was on route to Cambridge and had a loose steering drop arm bolt. Stopped past there and the guys had me sorted within 10 mins and also brought a spare part whilst i was there for a good price. If you own a landrover and need any help or work doing, would definately reccomend these guys.
I drove to Herts to Norfolk to visit family , when driving through some lanes suddenly my car engine light came on on and the car started juddering. I called and spoke to Alex and explained the trouble I was in. Booked me in next morning at 9am as a visit to look at the issue. Turns out it was a booster pipe that had worn out over time. Colin had it fitted within a hour . Car now runs like a dream instead of something from mad max. Thanks to Mick and his team for a very professional job. I’ll be bring it back for all my service requirements from now on. Brilliant job guys One very pleased customer 😃
I recently took my Discovery sport in for an AdBlue fault and heatshield rattle. Aylmer fixed both quickly and at a fair price. Massively recommend and will be going there in the future
