I have had a good experience with this company. They got to the root cause of my car engine light. Only downside was that the return date of the car was pushed back due to staff sickness with the flu going round, but this garage was very quick and attentive with emails so I can't complain too much. Also I'm very appreciative as I reached out to them a month later via email with some further questions and they were very quick to respond. Thank you, I will definitely return!
I booked my Lexus hybrid in last week to have it serviced.There are not many garages that are qualified to work on these cars,although it's not new technology,so good to have them locally.The price quoted was the price i paid,which i thought was very reasonable. They even loaned me a car for the day free of charge,so going that extra mile for their customers,which is much appreciated.Have been messed around and overcharged by other garages in the past,but can truly reccomend Autotrend.
Great service, was in and out same day. The communication between myself and the mechanics and the team behind the desk was on point Only negative was spare wheel wasn’t put back properly and all jack kit and wheel holder left loose in boot.

They managed to fit my car for repair on the same day I broke down and they sorted it out, which was very important for me as I use the car for work. My new mechanic/MOT place. I have been updated on costs and times throughout the day. I would definitely recommend it.
