When I called him and explained the problem I had with my Mercedes SUV just a couple days before Christmas holidays, he took the matter seriously and offered to fix it despite his busy schedule. He looked after my car as if it was his and made sure needed repairs are completed at a very reasonable price. The diagnostics, spare parts arrangements and repair was all made in a single day and he was waiting for me at the shop to collect the car after business hours. Now I can take my family and travel with peace of mind. It's very rare to find such qualities and great workmanship nowadays. I've been to Sam for an interim service and I had a great experience. I was looking for quite a while for a mechanic that can be honest and respect the costumer. He made videos and keeped me informed all the time through videos about the condition of my car, how it looks and what my need repaired. I definitely recommend Sam if you are looking for a great mechanic that respect your time, car.
