Been using them for years, with no issues and honest advice the entire time. Great value servicing, genuine OEM parts with guarantee/warranty and half the price of the main dealer. Oh and most importantly they won't take you for a ride, if the work doesn't need done, they will tell you. Saving you hundreds or potentially thousands of pounds Vs garages that rip you off left right and centre. Quality independent BMW & Mercedes specialist

* Update 2024. Minor issue yesterday, called up and rectified for free the next day, did even offer the same day, back on the road in no time and again exceptionally good, honest service.👍🔥🙏 Excellent speedy service and back on the road in no time Had a substantial leak to the rear diff and hose in engine bay, diagnosed, parts ordered and back on the road in under 6 hours and a fair price, around half of what you pay at the main Stealership, using genuine OEM quality parts with guarantee/warranty too. Don't waste your hard earned cash getting ripped of at the main dealer and taken for a ride, any BMW/Mercedes work use this quality independent, I've been using them now since 2017/18 and it's been faultless and they won't charge you for work that doesn't need done unlike LLoyds BMW tried to. Excellent work from the team 🔥👏 Again in for an MOT and a check on a few niggles I was worried about. They checked them over and told me there were nothing to worry about in the first issue and wheel balancing issue for the second. No work to be done, unlike other garages who would sell you the works and end up with a needless bill for work that doesn't need carried out. 10/10 for service and has earned my trust. 🔥🔥🔥 Absolutely top notch service from beginning to end. Very helpful and professional, work was quickly diagnosed and carried out. I was back on the road in no time at a fair price for top quality work. Definitely earned my business for the future. 👍

I was driving from Aberdeen to Stafford and my Mercedes B Class lit up with and Engine Management light close to Carlisle. I called Autotech 2pm on a Friday and they were very accommodating to carry out diagnostic and a short road test on my car. They advised on the issue and ensured we were able to continue on our journey with no issues. Fantastic service at such short noticed. I would recommend them to everyone. Great place and very professional.
