As I knew the likely issue so they gave me an estimate before I arrived. Then did everything they said they would, on time, on budget. Then cleaned the van inside and out (it hadn't been cleaned for about 6months).
You get a great service for a decent price and every time the work is carried out in good time to the best quality. No complaints from me. Will definitely continue to go here in the future, highly recommend
Recently took my car to Autotech on some warranty issues through what was formerly Carshop, didn't expect to have the repair authorised, but alas it was. Added some work I'd been putting off and couldn't have had better service. Two new wishbones fixed the warranty, and some brand new discs and pads fitted for a competitive price. The bit that really impressed me was that when I went to collect, the car had been cleaned inside and out! Very happy with the service, and will be coming back in spring for more work. Thanks again guys.
My car suffered two scuffs within four days. (Not my fault) I went to AutoTech for an appraisal, and met Josh, who was very friendly and helpful. I picked my car up today and was very pleased with josh's work. Friendly and efficient service. Excellent result, to satisfy a very fastidious owner. (BMW 5 Series) Thanks again Josh and staff.
I cannot recommend Autotech highly enough as they have been excellent over the last few months while I have had an issue with the main dealership for my Grandland X which Autotech have been caught in the middle of. They gave me a courtesy car while the dealership continued to delay and be uncooperative. Autotech meanwhile, have carried out work on time and to a high standard, everytime. They have fought my corner with the dealership and have kept me updated. The staff have been friendly, very helpful and understanding and the mechanics very knowledgeable and have taken the time to explain things to me which has been great. Excellent service throughout and I will now prefer to use Autotech in the future. Thank you guys for all that you have done for me, it has been very much appreciated.
