Our car was collected the day following the accident, and took about 3 weeks to repair. I used public transport to go collect it, which was very time consuming, though they did offer a delivery option. I thought it better to check the repair on site. The repair is very good and the car runs very smoothly. The excess payment was straightforward. I am very happy with this repairer.
My car had bad dent and scratch damage and was repaired at Taplow branch as approved insurance repairer. From start to finish the service was exemplary and I was delighted with finished repair and the excellent valet clean before return of car. A courtesy car was delivered to my property and collected and delivery drivers were very friendly. A very professional service and excellent customer service
First class ! Have just collected my little mini from these guys , I like most people am always nervous when dealing with garages etc , However these guys were absolutely fantastic, gave a great service , my car was hit and these guys repaired the damage, loaned me a nice clean car , the ladies in reception were fantastic and can not praise them enough.. hope I don’t need to use crash repair anytime soon , but if I do these will be my first call .. Thankyou 👍
