Not only was the booking very easy to do on-line but they emailed us immediately. We took them up on their collect and deliver service. A very polite and friendly young man collected our car at the time specified by Tammie and left his vehicle in its place. The report about our car was the most comprehensive we have ever seen and the price very competitive. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Autoplus, they are so professional and a joy to deal with.
A total pleasure every time I go to Autoplus in Ilkeston & have complete trust & FULL Confidence that I leave my super rare 1995 Audi coupe in the more than capable hands of Tammie,Rowen & the rest of the boys there. I travel all the way from Warwickshire to Ilkeston to AUTOPLUS as I wouldn't trust my oldskool Audi with anyone else & I even promote Autoplus in the windows of my Audi along with many other companies I do business with. Very friendly knowlagble staff who get the job done with no hidden extras that many garages are all to fond of doing these days... Has there business card states on the front - "The local garage you can Trust" Absolutely spot on 💯🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼😏 I'll take my car nowhere else than AUTOPLUS in Ilkeston,very highly recommended 💯 Thanks guys Marco Mesenti.
I could not highly recommend enough! After both me and my partner making the mistake of using a big chain to check over our cars and leaving with HUGE bills, we asked for autoplus to look over our cars and it was genuinely the best experience I have EVER had at a garage in my 13 years of driving. Tammy is a pleasure to talk to and everyone else are just do down to earth and lovely. A genuinely honest family garage! I will be shouting from the rooftops how amazing these guys are. The reviews speak for themselves.
