I bought my Audi into Automatic Transmission 16th February as Andy and his team came very highly recommended. I was extremely worried beforehand as I suspected that I was potentially looking at a very costly repair job. However from the onset of my arriving, I was given continuous outstanding customer service!! I have never experienced such exceptional professionalism, honesty and nothing short of an excellent service through and through. The advise and service carried out on my transmission was second to none!!!! I cannot thank Andy enough, he really is one of a kind one of the very few companies around that works with integrity and is certainly not about to rip you off !!!! I would highly highly recommend this company to the world because Andy and his team are worth their weight in gold. Absolutely brilliant service, second to none. Got the transmission on my BMW M sport serviced today and I have to say the car drives like a dream once again. Andrew really did go the extra mile to provide an outstanding service. He took the time to explain everything to me, answer my array of questions, and even stayed late to show me the parts of my transmission, which subsequently was replaced. Definitely will be using them again to service my other cars !
Booked my car in for a full diagnostic check and test drive, at the same time having the oil and filter changed in the automatic gearbox. Andy talked me through everything they had done and gave me a detailed report. Their customer service is second to none, they are professional, knowledgeable and make you feel very welcome, I would highly recommend their services.
Just wanted to say that Andy and his team did a fantastic on my car, i recently had problems and took it to different places and got told lot of causes and problems and someone recommended AUTO TRANSMISSIONS to me.. i rang Andy and said what was wrong with my car and he simply said "Bring it down and we have a look" i took car down and all staff were very friendly and Andy had given me advice along with a diagnostics report. took it back last week and BINGO all repaired and have been driving it a few days and its perfect!! Great Service from all, Thank you guys. Best customer care i have received in a longtime xx
