The garage was fully booked but they still said on the phone that I can bring the car in and if they have a minute between jobs, they will take a look. So I did and they indeed had 5 minutes, that's how much the job took, free of charge even. Very friendly, helpful and professional service. I can only recommend them.
Started driving for work a year ago and was recommended Autokare to look after my car. I've had MOT, service, cambelt change, and a clutch check with them. They've been brilliant every time - made it clear what's going on and have been patient and friendly. At this point I wouldn't want to go with anyone else and definitely recommend them.
Mercedes E250 CDI (W212) No-One but myself and my daughter will ever know the full story behind this car I just purchased but Mark and Dave know a little bit. As a new customer to AutoKare, I booked my new to me car in and explained the situation to Mark that I wanted a full Mercedes style Health Check doing and a report on whatever they believed needed doing and because of what it meant to me that money was no object on this. Health check was duly carried out in which they tightened a couple of bits up and then they told me the cost of the work that needed doing which was absolutely minimal.....a great relief to me....but if they had added a few things on, I would never have known as I had given them a blank cheque to a certain extent.....No need to worry with this garage....they have a reputation.....and a bloody good one at that, why would they even need to risk it? I am more than happy to wait 2 weeks for my car to go back in to have the necessary work done knowing it is up to main dealer standard. I look forward to the team at AutoKare looking after" Maria's Merc".
Always fantastic service from Dave, Mark & the team.....I've been bringing my wife & 2 son's cars here for at least 10 years (& it's 45/60 mins each way)....Always been great....decent prices....they only change items that need to be changed & I would 100% recommend them to anyone - The only place in Cambridge that I suggest people go to
