Had an electrical fault with a car. They diagnosed it for free and promptly told us they couldn't fix it. Was excellent customer service.
I had a difficult problem to diagnose with my qashqai I rang round a few garages 3 of them said they would just fit parts and see if that cured the problem, only autofit said they would go through a diagnostic process to find the problem starting with the cheapest fix. They found the problem, fitting the part, problem solved and all at a very reasonable price, excellent service couldn't fault them
Fantastic service today. We had a puncture on rear tyre. A bit stranded as from North Wales. They fitted us in straight away, no hassle. Pointed out professionally that puncture wasn't repairable. And they had a replacement tyre in stock. Fitted whilst we waited. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Very happy customer.
As a business owner myself had a flat tyre on my van. was stranded at the side of the road took wheel off my son took the wheel to be repaired several garages in chorley kwik fit NO. National Tyres NO. no one was willing to fix my tyre until my son walked into autofit they fixed my tyre within 20 minits no fuss happy days I cannot thank autofit enough I will be back for my vehicle service and repair in the future. thank you fab service
