They gave me honest advice on how to proceed, discouraging me from proceeding with a very expensive repair. They were however able to fix another more straightforward problem, which resolved several of the issues I had been experiencing with the car. Overall, good value for money, very professional and efficient service and very knowledgable. Highly recommended.
Belated review from Nov 2023. Hugely helpful team with the specialist knowledge and experience to deal with problems in the mechanical fuel injection on my beloved Mercedes C123. Not many people out there who know how to work on this old technology. They were patient, thorough and well priced. Highly recommended.
I have been using this garage for a number of years and would highly recommend. The team do a fantastic job of taking care of you and your car. I recently brought a new car (second hand) Pete helped me to look at the car online and check old MOT's etc.. He also discussed the maintenace of car and as usual made sure I was happy and statisfied with all the information he had given me. As it turned out I did end up having some issues with the car. But yet again the team and Pete advised and helped me to resolve this issues with the Dealer. As a woman I would highly recommend this garage as I have NEVER once been spoken to or treated as "DUMB". It is such a relife to find a garage that actually cares.
Excellent, friendly customer service. Barely any waiting on the phone, easily rearranged a booking without fuss and called back. Service was speedy and very affordable, couldn't be happier.
Very friendly garage with great customer service. Shout out for Pete who always goes above and beyond. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car.
