They are good company and would like to carry further with my car maintenance plan with them but the renewal cost of my plan after 3 years - they are asking for 300% jump on price which is very high also this type of arrangement is like insurance they can also reject few things as not covered under the plan & you can stuck paying from your pocket so do read everything that your plan DO NOT COVER.
