Bought a used car from Phil who made the process so easy, he was relaxed and I could talk openly with him. No pushy salesman. The car was presented looking great and Phil had arranged everything I had asked for. Great car at a good price. Happy to recommend Phil and would buy from him again.

Had my LR Range Rover Evoque 2020 towed into this great workshop for repairs after JLR retailers wanted me to wait for 6 weeks before they could attend to my car breakdown on the M55 without warning. phil attended to my text messages and arranged to help me. Simon got my car fixed and I identified the problem (faulty part) for my feedback to Jaguar Land Rover. Great and efficient service. Friendly and helpful professionals. HIGHLY recommended. Edwin
There are not enough stars to actually rate this garage. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and above all polite. I had my car in for its MOT, and unfortunately failed for the first time with a few serious mechanical issues so they gave me a call to let me know it had failed on 2 broken spring on the rear suspension and a cracked alloy wheel. I was able to leave my car with them while they waited for the parts to come in and fitted them. The price was absolutely fantastic, and they even sent me alloy wheel to be fixed. I can't fault any of the work that has been done. Once all the work was done, I collected my car and was advisedto get some new alloy wheels as once it has been fixed it will always be weaker and you can only have it repaired a maximum of 2 times, and it drives so much better now. I would definitely recommend this garage to other people in the lytham area. This is how to run a business and keep people coming back. Thank-you to Simon and Sam who organised all the work and always kept in touch with how things were going.
Great customer experience from the guys at Auto Expert. I needed the main dealer level of knowledge at the Independent garage price and they ticked all the boxes. Excellent knowledge of the problems on my Jaguar and gave me updates on the day, including photos of the failed parts as I'd expressed an interest in the detail of the issues! It's good to have a place you can rely on to sort things out without having to hand over a King's ransom, will definitely use them again. Special mention for Sam who went to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction 👍
