Staff, whilst thin on the ground, dealt with me as soon as they were able and completed the task well within the advised time scales. I requested that new tyres were placed on wheels at the front of the car and then the new tyres installed on the rear. Also required the back wheel balanced prior to installing on the front. Technician advised of additional cost and undertook the required jobs. Provided with a Digital Health check print out of my car prior to the work commencing, something I hadn’t expected’ together with the receipt for full payment, including that paid online. Car returned to me in the same condition as when I brought in for the job.
I had a great experience at ATS Euromaster South Shields on 18/10/2024. The service was prompt and efficient, and Ryan was particularly helpful. He took the time to explain things clearly and even pointed out that I should keep an eye on my nearside tyre, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with the service and will definitely be back!
Easy access from Western Approach in South Shields. Fitting two front tyres only took 40 minutes. Job was completed at the agreed time. I have always used ATS before moving from Wallsend. My wife is disabled and I have limited time before I have to return home. Therefore, I need jobs done on time.
Used them for a number of MOTs; two recently. Cannot fault them really. Booking was easy. Being seen to upon arrival was virtually immediate. Actual MOTs were around 45 minutes while I waited. Not a sniff of an upsell. Rob, who performed the MOTs, came across as a gentleman. Pretty much how you earn return custom really. I intend on using them again for any future MOTs.
