Service was quick and prompt and ended up having a little chat about cars before i left and the price for the four new michelin pilot sport 4’s i had fitted was the best around. Highly recommended.
Shocking they are closing this place!!! It's the only place you can trust and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I work in the NHS and the rest of my staff also rely on ATS Llanelli they are brilliant. What a very foolish decision by higher managers who don't give a damn for customers or staff it look like.
ATS are always great. I would usually use the Gorseinon one, but booked Trostre this time. A nice, easy check in, it was done within the hour, and they keep you fully updated with emails. And no unexpected costs! Recommend for an MOT 👌🏼
The young guy I dealt with on Monday and Tuesday evening was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and professional and helped me massively! He is a credit to ATS. Thank you again!
Recently I needed some tyres and rear brakes replaced on my van. My usual regular mechanic was busy and the brakes were getting worse so I had a look online and at the time Ats Euromaster ticked all the boxes. I booked it all online and it was a very pleasant stress free process. I was a bit cautious because the last time I had tyres from this centre we had a couple of issues which should never have happened, these were discussed with the branch manager at the time who acknowledged it and apologised. I’m happy to give anything or anyone a second chance and it certainly paid off. Carl was very helpful and honest not just with me but with other customers as well and as a passionate business owner myself, I also care very much about my customers, so this was reassuring to see Thanks for a vey pleasant experience. I will definitely use you again and recommend you to others
