My car did fail initially however they were very quick to contact me to let me know and inform me of the costs associated with getting it to a pass. They were also really informative with explaining the issues they found and how they would rectify! Thanks so much for the great work Alex! I will most definitely be returning!
Fantastic experience. Stopped by to see if I could order a part. In the meantime they checked out the problem, provided a solution and let me know options. Swift and knowledge. Would highly recommend 👌
I cannot put into words my immense thanks to both Elmo and Tony for the help that they gave me today. Unbeknownst to me, my car needed new brake pads, brake discs and calliper ( I had hoped that the wheels were just a little out of alignment!). Elmo went way past the extra mile in order to find an option where he could order the requisite parts urgently and Tony very kindly fitted everything for me. Both guys stayed on late in order to finish the job. I had explained that due to personal family issues (😢), I needed my car for tomorrow to drive back home to Kent and they were determined that they would make it happen-if they possibly could-and they did. I can never thank them enough for their kindness, understanding and help. Guys, you are just the best! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
what wonderful service the lads at ATS Lichfield gave today, our japanese import car sprang a ticking noise called into the garage to see if they could give us a diagnosis, the gentleman at ATS got on it straight away and after a short while had worked out what the problem was and reassured us it was nothing major thank you very much and look forward to you taking care of our Ellie El grand in the future
