from 15 reviews on GoogleOutstanding Service from Andy at ASD Autotech I can't praise or thank Andy enough for his exceptional work on my 2014 Ford Focus 1.0 Ecoboost (Wetbelt Replacement). His communication was outstanding—quick to respond to any questions and providing in-depth explanations of the work and parts required. His detailed approach reassured me that he knew exactly what he was doing, making the job look effortless. I even received photographs of the work in progress—an excellent touch! Although there were no issues with the car and this was purely preventative maintenance, it now drives like new. The price for the work was more than reasonable, especially considering that a garage in Heswall quoted me between £1,200–£2,000, and other local garages outright refused the job due to the complexity of the Ecoboost engine. Highly recommended—Andy’s expertise and service are second to none!
Very happy to leave a review for Andy at ASD Autotech, who has done an excellent job on my 2015 Ford Fiesta 1ltr ecoboost. The quality of the work is top notch, using all the correct tools and attention to detail, not rushing the job but making sure it's 100% right. I was especially impressed by ASD's openness as I always like to check the parts being used and was very pleased that Andy was more then willing to accommodate me. All brand new & upgraded genuine Ford parts (pictured). To settle my curiosity I was also able inspect the old parts that were removed. Andy kept me updated & even sent whatsapp photos of the job as it progressed - which I thought was a really great touch. The job was completed on time and I'm really appreciative of all the hard work and a job well done. My thanks and will happily use ASD Autotech again for my other wet belt engines when the time comes.
Can't reccomend Andy enough, he has just replaced the wetbelt on my fiesta, an spotted a few other issues he was able to fix too. Andy keeps you updated on the progress and send pictures, which I think is a great touch. Andy was honest from get go and took time to nip round to the garage my car was in to check the rest of the engine sounded okay to make the repair a success. Thanks so much Andy, keep up the great work 😊.
I was recommended Andy after he did a 5* star job on my Nan’s car, and couldn’t agree more. I’d booked in a service, and was having issues with my brakes, which had completely eroded and all needed replacing - he’s super friendly, professional and you know you’re in safe hands with a skilled tradesman throughout. 10/10 mate, thanks again!
Excellent work on the car, would definitely recommend to anyone. Very helpful as collected me to get my car once the work was completed. Excellent value for money and friendly staff, will definitely return if anymore work is need.
