First time to Arrow and loved the experience. Had called many weeks before for a repair appointment and was pleasantly surprised when someone was waiting for me when I came into the Garage. The repair work was carried out professionally and in a speedy manner. It would be nice if Arrow can have shorter wait periods.

My exhaust was hanging off. RAC got me to Arrow Auto Centre. My car is quite old but they were able to locate an exhaust for it and it was done the next day. Very friendly, helpful garage.
