The reception/admin ladies are always super friendly and helpful. They certainly know their stuff too! The guys are all really professional and informative. If there is anything they can’t fix (my Mercedes timing chain for example) they can recommend other really reliable garages. If you are looking for a garage in the area definitely consider these guys as they are faultless. I know people who have used them for years and I have zero intentions of using anyone else! Thanks for the good work and dealing with panicked women so well!

I have used Arley Garage for more than 20 years and have been impressed by their workmanship, professionalism, kindness, fair pricing and customer service. But above all, the reason that I wouldn’t go anywhere else, is their honesty. They understand the cost of living crisis and appreciate that many of us are on a budget. There have been a number of times where they have highlighted an issue but told me it doesn’t need fixing immediately. I always feel I am getting excellent value for money, and they have so many times saved my bacon by magically finding an available slot when the car I’ve been driving suddenly needs urgent work doing. Relatives have said the same. Perhaps the most compelling point is that I have moved away from Bristol and will drive 45 minutes to use them, because they are so reliably good and I don’t trust anyone else. Five stars. Would recommend.
Absolutely fabulous service ! Rang to enquire about a new battery as mines died. It was ordered delivered and fitted within 90 minutes! The staff are great ! I would totally recommend them! Thank you guys!
Bought the car in just after 8am, had a call with the quote for the repair before 9am (which was very reasonably priced) and the car was ready to be picked up at 2pm. Everything was very clearly explained and everyone I dealt with was lovely!! Immediately booked my MOT with them for later on in the year 😊 Thanks so much for your help!! And thank you for making visiting the mechanic as a young woman not daunting at all.
