The reception staff scheduled me in promptly, even with the shortest available appointment. Despite bringing incorrect parts, they swiftly obtained the right ones, completed the work, and I didn't have to worry at all. I appreciate when a company provides efficient service like this. I look forward to bringing my car here for the MOT when the time comes!
My Audi TT has been here a few times, to fix, modify things at my request and have an MOT. API have always been great. Very professional, they are obviously very knowledgable regarding VAG and german cars in general. Communication is great and prices are also competative, I wouldn't say they are the cheapest, but I will always take my car to them as they know what they are doing. I would rather pay a few quid extra for a company I trust than a random that may leave me stranded with a big bill. I won't take my cherished TT anywhere else. It's great to finaly have a garage in Colchester that know the car and whet they are doing. Thank you API. Recommended.
Arek and his team always do an excellent job have never let me or my family down! Been using Api for many years on my vans,classic cars and Porsches! 10/10
Really great service! Rare that you can find a garage you can trust but you can definitely trust these guys. They send picture and video evidence of any issues they find. Reasonably priced and take pride in their work. 100% recommend
I had a shock fail on my RS6 and these guys did a fantastic of replacement and recharging the system (which is rare outside of an Audi franchise) and whilst they were at it replaced a bunch of failed bushes. Super knowledgeable. Cleanest garage I have ever seen. Clear invoice breakdown. Would absolutely trust them w/ any decent motor and will be going back. Really good team.
