From the get-go, the team made me feel confident I’d brought it to the right place. These guys are proper specialists in bodywork and paint – no messing about. They kept me in the loop the whole way, no hidden surprises, just straight-up honesty. When I got my car back, I couldn’t believe it – absolutely flawless! The bodywork was perfect, and the paint job matched up like factory fresh. Honestly, it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. If you’re in Kent or west metropolitan London like me and need your car sorted – especially something high-end – Alpha Rapid Repair is the place to go. What a professional bunch, my vehicle repairs were carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, everybody was polite and helpful, not only were the repairs done well but my car was handed back to me fully cleaned and valeted looking like new, I would thoroughly recommend using this company to anybody. very well done to all!!!.
An excellent repair on my car - it looks really great. Good friendly advice, carrying out the work to a very high standard. ARR are very good at communicating with the customer and the associated insurance company taking all the hassle out of the situation. Great value quick and efficient service.
I may have the names incorrect but I believe it was Colin and Phil who had been excellent and really helpful for me at such short notice. Needed to get some repairs done from an MOT failure. Alpha Rapid quoted a price at £120 compared to Halfords who quoted £2,100 (not a joke). They were eager to get the car back in for repair asap so I could get my MOT retest without having to pay Halfords again. They also were really helpful for another fault with the car that had coincidently arisen between my test and re-test date showing me the issues and providing some helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend this company for any vehicle works and repairs! The reviews already here speak for themselves!
