Their customer service truly stands out – always helpful, transparent, and willing to go the extra mile. They even arranged transport for my car at a very reasonable price. While there were some challenges with my repair, it highlighted just how committed they are to providing excellent all-around service. Thank you Rob.

Just got my T6 Transporter back from Al Shaw's. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Robert quoted my for the intial job which then turned into quite a project. I was very relaxed with the process as communication throughout was fantastic and the finished product is just perfect. Robert was full of ideas for improvement and also cost saving which is unusual but welcomed, especially as it wasn't a job covered by insurance. This body shop is over two hours drive for me and I wouldn't hesitate is going there again for even the smallest of job. Thanks again to Robert and all the staff at Al Shaw's.
These guys did a really great job repairing my van. It was bodged up bigtime by another bodyshop through my insurance company, and Al Shaw resolved everything wrong to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys at all. In fact, I've used them since the early 90's back when they used to be a Renault bodyshop. Excellent customer service too.
Highly recommended - I asked around for a body shop repair in the area and Al Shaws was mentioned many times. They did a fantastic repair, it amazes me how they do it. They replaced the rear door and the rear quater panel and painted, its now like new again. Keep up the good work !
