Took my car here for the first time and wasn't disappointed. Honest, knowledgeable and upfront. Everything a garage should be. After today these guys will be my go to. Cheers fellas.
If you would like to use a trusted garage and fair and reasonable price I would recommend Turners you’ll be in good hands. Allen is extremely helpful and his staff get the job done to the customers satisfaction. I only take my car to this place and will continue to using them to, because I know my vehicle is in good hands. Thanks a lot to you Allen and your staff!
I have been a customer of Turners for donkeys years - back when they were the place to be for car stereos and bass bins - the good old days! Whilst they don't do those things anymore, though they would fit them for you, I remain a loyal customer and have only ever gone to a manufacturers garage when I have had a car that has fallen under a manufacturers warranty, however my last manufacturer visit was so awful that I could not wait to get back to Turners and have them look after me and my car! They really are the BEST car mechanics around and specialise in a whole host of automotive things. Their hourly rate is also considerably less than any manufacturer, I believe up to 50% less than my German vehicle manufacturer! The guys are all very personable from the owner Alan, to all of the mechanics, Nigel and Matt and the other guys I have seen about the place. I seem to tend to deal with Nigel most of the time and he is brilliant with a wicked sense of humour - he is also a brilliant mechanic and seems to specialise in my German vehicle amongst others. What really impresses me though is the dedication to high levels of customer care and customer satisfaction. They really go above and beyond to look after you and your vehicle, keeping in regular contact with you to update you on progress, update you on findings etc. I took my car in recently after driving down a huge pothole and damaging one of my run flat tyres and subsequently ruining the 4 wheel drive alignment and possibly damaging the suspension and Nigel got to work - doing his thing! Turners are incredibly honest and reliable - which is why I keep going back. I told them that I thought the pothole had damaged my suspension as well and after a thorough inspection, having changed the tyre for a new one, they were satisfied that the suspension was not damaged but did discover that the 4 wheel driving alignment had been affected by the pothole and subsequently re-aligned them and road tested my vehicle. A number of days later, by complete coincidence I had cause to go back to Turners because I felt my car just didn't feel right. They carefully listened to what I was describing and kept the car overnight for an inspection and road test but could not find any fault with it. To my absolute amazement and astonishment when I went back to collect it, they did not charge me at all and were just really happy they could put my mind at ease that nothing was wrong after they had fixed it on the previous job. I recommend Turners all over the place and my family have utilised their services as a result. My dad had his car cameras fitted at Turners and they are still going strong several years later. If you live in Croydon or the surrounding areas then you will not find a better place than Turners for all your car mechanic needs. I very highly recommend Turners. They are simply the BEST.
Best garage I visited in this country. They have everything they need to diagnose your car, they are knowledgeable, professional, courteous. Every single time they were able to identify the problems and fixed my BMW, even for faults that the official garage was unable to identify.
