The customer service was absolutely amazing, I was provided with up to date information on what needed to be done and when everything was going to be completed. As they say the proof is in the pudding and WOW! In the 6 years that I have had the car I can honestly say that I don’t think it has ever driven so well. From the suspension to the way the car accelerates, this is the best service so far. Thanks again! I would highly recommend Air balloon Road Garage to everyone!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So happy with my visit to Air Balloon garage. Had a new noise coming from my van. Dropped off at 8am and diagnosed wheel bearing shortly after. Fixed and collected by 3pm where he was forward in wanting to show me all the parts he replaced and why they needed it. Was kept up to date along the way. Such a nice guy doing good honest work for a fair price. Will definitely be using again.
I did like the experience I had by using Air balloon garage from the phone call to the completion of the work. Very easy to speak to on the phone also makes you feel at ease when face-to-face very knowledgeable about their work I felt I had value for money. very helpful and stop what they are doing and gives you that time to deal with your query thank you very much lads
Always great service, super quick turnaround on the car and never charges extortionate prices. Really glad to have a garage like this local.
Great garage, great quality repairs, always honest advice and friendly and professional. Sorted my LHD car when I moved to the UK for amazing value for money, and have gotten it fixed, MOT and serviced here since, and my car is running better than ever. Can't recommend Kevin enough!
