From the moment I booked my appointment online, Ash was accommodating and made sure the timing worked for me. Throughout the entire process, Ash and his staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the whole experience much more pleasant. The MOT and full car service were completed efficiently and thoroughly, and I was impressed that they even identified a minor issue with my car that I hadn't noticed. The detailed report they provided me with, outlining the work done and any future maintenance recommendations, was incredibly helpful. In addition to the high quality service, the pricing at AAR servicing was very reasonable and competitive. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Ash and his team at AAR servicing. If you're looking for trustworthy and reliable car maintenance or repairs, I highly recommend giving them a try.
5* Customer Journey. My Toyota had a major MOT fail, at a different garage, due to suspension and brake related faults. Reached out to AAR and was given a fair quote and work was done to a high quality with photographic evidence provided detailing all the work carried out. Good communication and repaired in a timely manner.
Ash was polite, professional competitively priced servicing and an excellent mechanic. Found the fault with my AC and reccomeded where to go to get it sorted as he did not have the appropriate equipment. Prompt with his work and good communication. Definitely would reccomend him for any motoring issues.
Ash has given me a fantastic service, I was able to ask all the questions I had and he was able to answer them professionally, he diagnosed the issue and repaired it within a couple of hours. Nowadays garages don’t like to speak to customers and have a transparency in the service provided, Ash and his team are reliable and honest!
I'm happy that my Google search for local garages turned up AAR Services. Excellent communication, detailed updates on my car's condition, and excellent service. I appreciated his eagerness to help and his professional manner. I will definitely use AAR again.
