Had to wait a couple of days for a part from the main dealer and Sonny promptly fitted it. Very reasonable price and saved me a tow charge to a garage.
Incredible service! I was attempting to swap some components on my sprinter and couldn't get a ball joint undone: They arrived within 15 minutes after my call, and had the ball joint undone within moments. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Will certainly use again and recommend to friends. Thank you
This is the best garage ive used in my life . I called three companies for quote , none of them called me back . When I called A Star Garage they called me back with quote within 30 mins . They came the next day , picked my van up at 1pm and dropped it back at 5pm with it all working correctly. They even sent me a video of the work they were doing . Why can’t all Garages be like this ? Top marks !
Sonny helped me out of a very tricky situation I had to take a long journey and needed van fixing ASAP he said he could do in 3-4 days but very next day phone call to say he was coming to look at problem , Brake fluid leak was slave cylinder in gearbox He bled clutch and managed to get going and took back to his workshop . He fitted new clutch kit very next day and dropped to me at work . I’m was quite nervous and asked lots questions he was very patient . Not many garages offer this level of service and I’ve already passed on his details to 2 friends . Thank you Sonny outstanding service .
These boys went above and beyond for my Partners Van. Excepted the Job at 10am on a Saturday and they started at 2.30PM, worked through until 9PM to get it completed. Exceptional service and really nice guys to boot. Highly recommend them
