Explained what the issue was (with picture evidence) before starting the remedial work. Very transparent, open and honest. Fantastic customer service from Mark & Luke. Very reasonable price and worth every penny. Can't recommend them highly enough. I will only trust them to look after my vehicle from now on !
The team have fixed my car 3 times in the past 6 months. The first was a bigger job but they were the first garage out of 3 previous ones to get to the bottom of it and sort the issues out and get me back on the road. The second job was fixed within 2 hours and the third one my car was due to be back to me within the same day. The service is excellent and they’re really helpful in everything they do. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their car fixing or an MOT. Thank you for the great work and quick turnaround. Hopefully I won’t have to see you again anytime soon (not in a bad way but I don’t need my car breaking 🤣).
First visit to this garage based on reviews I had read. I have previously only ever used main dealers and had service plans in place. I have bought a new car I want to keep for a long time and look after and needed a trustworthy garage. I had no need to worry as the chaps here were absolutely spot on. They explained everything they had done on the car, had it ready on time and have done a great job. I would thoroughly recommend this garage and I definitely will be staying with them moving forwards.
Have relied on this servicing and repair centre for some years now, and have always been entirely pleased with the work completed on my car. First rate repairs and servicing, at prices that are affordable, compared to other dealers and repair centres. I hope to continue with their service in the future.
