from 12 reviews on GoogleAfter being quoted by another company 2.3k for a new brake caliper and a set of discs and pads, I rang A&J motors who could carry out the cost for only £300. With working in the farming industry, it meant it was difficult to finish work in time for me to collect my car. They went above and beyond and took my key home with them and arranged for me to pick it up on my way to the garage that evening. Having been impressed with the customer service a few weeks later i booked in to get a 2" lift kit with 30mm wheel spacing installed. I explained I was travelling down to Somerset that evening, with that information he did a through assessment of the suspension before carrying out any work to make sure there wasn't going to be any surprises along the way. Couple hours later and the car was done. Again being brilliant weather, I was stuck working late, A&J drove all the way to my place of work to drop my key off. I honestly will be using A&J again and would happily recommend them for any work to be carried out. No rip off Prices, no dealership labour costs and just as good if not better workmanship!
Perfect service from start to finish, Adam booked me in efficiently to drop off my car when I finished work in the morning, and it was ready for me to pick up before I started work again the same evening. Very competitive prices, honest independent mechanic. Will use again in the future!
Adam is a very talented mechanic, but not only that has helped me no end over the last month. I had a coolant leak and he managed to see me that day and fix it. Getting me back on the road again. He has had my car in today and managed to replace both rear wheel bearings that another mechanic from another company did a cow boy job on. He is trustworthy and top bloke. I highly recommend you used him for all your vehicle repair and servicing needs. I no longer will be going to any other garage. His customer service and overall attitude is refreshing and in this day and age when people don't really care. He take pride in his work. All in all I would rate him higher than 5 stars if I could.
Came in for Track Rod ends replacement. Reccommended by KwikFit who gave a very high price and a long wait time for an appointment. Phone A & J motors, booked in quickly and quality of work was really good. Would highly reccommend, very knowledgable and very nice guy. Will definitely go back if I need anything else doing.
Quick and reliable service, kept In touch while they had the vehicle and we’re locating the issue. Would definitely use these guys again!
