I had a driver knock my side mirror off my parked Nissan Micra. I asked if I could take it into their garage that day, and instead they advised me not to do that, and informed me how easy it is to buy the part online and fit myself, saving me a significant amount of money. I still used their services anyway as I was still a little scared to fit the part, but the fact that they immediately looked out for my financial interests right off the bat was a huge green flag. Decided to get an MOT with them later due to the first time being so easy. Didn't even ask how much it'd be cause I just knew they wouldn't stuff me with a bunch of unneeded repairs, and I was absolutely right. Cost me £45. In conclusion: Really Friendly staff, reasonably priced and they actually care about the customer.
Needed some noises looking at. Me thinking it was more than 1 issue. The guys found out it was all related and sorted quickly and at a very reasonable price. Will be using them in the future
